SAIC Out-of-Area Plan

Only participants who live outside a PPO network service area are eligible to enroll in the Out-of-Area plan. Participants may see any provider they wish when they need medical care. The Out-of-Area plan covers a broad range of medical services and supplies, including office visits, emergency care hospital stays, surgical procedures and prescription drugs obtained at a network pharmacy. Most services are covered at 80% after the deductible.
